Here is a guideline to give an idea of ballpark prices:
I start with a price of $3900. Curly maple back and sides. Select Adirondack red spruce top with tone-bar or X-bracing. Compound radiused ebony fingerboard with 21 frets. Ebony headstock overlays, simple inlay. Sunburst coloring. 3-ply ivoroid binding with black stripe in the center on the body, fingerboard and peghead. Spirit Varnish / French polish shellac finish. Nickel plated Allen TR-1 tailpiece. Ivoroid tuner buttons and a soft case.

Some things that raise the price are: Blond color, fancy custom inlay, side sound port, Virzi tone producer, James deluxe tailpiece and any custom work that takes extra time, including design time.
Some things that lower the price are: Plain maple back & sides, nitrocellulose lacquer finish, single color dark stain, single color plastic binding, unbound fingerboard, peghead or back.
